Soeren Reinhold Poulsen holds a M.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering. He has been working within the Oil and Gas Upstream business for more than 25 years in Denmark and internationally. Started as a drilling engineer, transitioned into becoming a Reservoir Engineer and has during the last 15 years been involved in large capital projects within project management. During the recent 2 years main focus has been on delivering the Greensand Phase 2 offshore CO2 injection pilot in a depleted oil reservoir as well, and in parallel, the full commercial scale Greensand CO2 Offshore Transport and  Safe Storage Project towards a potential sanctioning as early as 2024 and in general developing the CCS business in Denmark.
